ELECTION RESULTS: Loomis, Oldenburg, Dunnington and Turk win in Lewistown; Geary wins Grass Range mayor race

The votes have been tallied in the Lewistown election and city residents have chosen who will represent them on the commission. 

Clint Loomis defeated Jonathon Moor 976 to 569 to win the at-large position.

In Ward 1, Diane Oldenburg was the big winner with 437 votes, compared to 177 for R.E. Krillenberger and 45 for Richard Battrick.

In Ward 2, incumbent Patty Turk defeated Joseph Kern 220-117.

In Ward 3, Alexzandra Dunnington earned 287 votes, compared with 185 for incumbent Beth Putnam and 63 for Johnny Maier. 


In Grass Range, Ed Geary won the mayor vote over Jeannie Walter 47 to 21. Thomas Delaney received the most votes for councilperson (58), ahead of Ron Jordan (37), Harold Matovich (26) and write-in candidate Patricia Bradley (15). Delaney and Jordan both won a seat on the council.
